Dr. Dorian A. Barrow is currently the Director of the STEM, AI, and Robotics Center and a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at Galen University. He received his Ph.D. in Science Education in 1993 from Florida State University.

Dr. Barrow has lectured in science and education at Galen University, the University of the West Indies, and the University of Belize. He has also held several senior leadership positions, including Academic Vice President and Provost at the University of Belize, and Dean of the Faculty of Education at Galen University.

His areas of expertise include curriculum and instruction and the physical sciences, specifically Physics and Chemistry. Dr. Barrow has published papers in science education, curriculum and instruction, and teacher education.

An avid reader, he frequently writes commentaries on current issues facing Belizean society and is actively involved in student recruitment and retention activities at Galen University.
