SOC-250 GENDER ISSUES IN LAW AND SOCIETY

(3 CREDITS)
This course examines the evolution of gender issues from traditional roles to non-traditional roles, from an historical context to modern day contemporary life. Gender is examined at the macro and micro level with a focus on gender status, relationships, and treatment in different institutional, organizational and group settings. The focus is also on emerging and continuing issues of gender.
