PSCI-250 WORLD GEOGRAPHY AND POLITICS |

(3 CREDITS) This course provides the student an introduction to world regional geography and international comparative politics. It is designed to develop the basic geographic skills and knowledge with which to critically assess current geopolitical events and processes. The course includes an overview of world physical and human geography, current political boundaries and predominant political systems, and the interplay of economic, social, cultural, demographic, environmental, and political factors as they unfold in our rapidly changing modern world.
