*LAW-400 ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

After completing this course, the student is expected to have acquired the skills necessary for understanding the basic issues surrounding environmental law; the applicable statutes, or where to find them; the administrative law issues impacting environmental law; and also the relevant contract and tort issues. The course is designed to give the student exposure to case law, statutory law, and the relevant acts.
