This course outlines a preventive approach to the laws and liabilities, as well as responsibilities of owners/operators of hotels, restaurants and travel facilities. Reviews precedent-setting court decisions, legal fundamentals, negligence doctrines, civil rights issues and the relationship between providers and the guests/clients.
