This course introduces the field of Organization Development, the theory and practice of bringing planned change to organizations.  OD focuses on ways companies and individuals diagnose and solve problems that limit organizational effectiveness.  The course is theoretical and applied in terms of organizations, issues in OD and OD tools and techniques.
