This course requires off-campus hospitality work experience that introduces students to the challenges faced by managers in the hospitality industry. It requires that students complete research assignments (to investigate hospitality industry problems). This experience will last three weeks, full-time, over the Christmas break, or will occur over a semester with a placement of 6 hours per week.
