In recent years the benefits of Green operation have become the goal of many of the major hotel companies around the world. First promoted by the World Travel and Tourism Council this method of management has taken root and this course will examine how hotel operations have been adapted to be more environmentally conscious as well as the financial implications that going Green has had on the industry.
