HIST-382 CONTEMPORARY WORLD ISSUES

Study of problems confronting the world today. On the basis of a wide range of informative and interpretive readings, students engage in historical analysis of a single issue selected by the department. Focus is on such topics as Islam and the West, armament and world peace, poverty, terrorism, revolutions in developing world and imperialism.
