COMM-200 BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION |

(3 CREDITS) Enables the student to analyze variables that affect communication practices in business, governmental and professional organizations. Participants experience the common interpersonal, group and public communication situations found in organizational settings and develop skills in interviewing, conducting meetings, interacting in small groups and preparing and presenting informative and persuasive speeches. PREREQUISITE(S): MGT-281 recommended. Sophomore standing required.
