The course will introduce the student to the accounting principles, practices and procedures that have been developed to collect, summarize and report on transactional activity within the hospitality services sector. Common industry benchmarks and performance criteria will be explained to allow the student to understand how to assess the financial performance of hospitality and service based businesses.A
