(3 CREDITS) A study of financial statement analysis, management of assets, ratio analysis, analytical techniques, operating budget and investment decision making. Prerequisite: ACC 101. Three lecture and three credit. This course is designed to provide learners with an elementary foundation using accounting information in the management functions of a hospitality business. The focus will be to identify and apply these tools to the business environment when applicable to achieve optimal business efficiency.
