All industries have to adhere to specific laws and regulations that govern liability and limits of responsibility to the general public and others. This course is designed to inform the hospitality operator of the legal framework within which they must operate and how to manage in a manner that conforms to legal and regulatory requirements. The course will cover general liability and tort responsibilities for service industries as well as focusing on the legal obligations as set out in Belize.
