The principles of responsible and sustainable operation have become well established in the operation and promotion of the hospitality and tourism industry. This course will illustrate how the principles of sustainable development and operation translate into operating procedures and policies that govern how developments are constructed and business processes are implemented. Both the philosophy and the practical application of sustainability will be explored.
