The students were asked to identify their personal strengths and apply those skills in mentoring or tutoring other students, promoting Galen University, becoming leaders on campus, and focusing on sustainability locally and around the country.  Student life was another area for “giving back,” and every scholar felt they could contribute to that adventure at Galen.  The scholarship students were from all across the country and the morning was spent getting to know each other and learning more about the university. 

 On behalf of the Galen University community, we wish to say thank you to our incoming student leaders, their families and friends who have helped them achieve the opportunity to study with us.  If Tuesday was any indication of the excitement the new school year will bring, the Galen Eagles will be a force to be reckoned with!
