Galen University Graduation

 

 On behalf of the Faculty and Staff at Galen University and the University of Indianapolis, I congratulate you on your prestigious accomplishment.  To commemorate you, we are planning a Commencement Ceremony for all students that have completed or, will be completing their academic careers at Galen University. The Commencement Ceremony will take place at the Bedran Hall at San Ignacio Resort Hotel, October 3, 2010 starting at 10:00 am sharp. In order to make your graduation an enjoyable and memorable experience, students are asked to arrive at the San Ignacio resort hotel for 9:00 a.m.; this will give students the opportunity to adequately prepare for the event, and take a class pictures.  Please take note of the following to ensure that you have done all the requirements for graduation:

Checklist for Graduation:

  1. ALL graduating candidates must file two (2) Applications for Graduation at the Office of the Registrar. One for Galen University and the other for the University of Indianapolis, if applicable. The application forms can be found online at www.galen.edu.bz at the Registrar’s link, or you may pick one up at the Reception Desk.
  2. Candidates must pay the graduation fee of $300.00 BZD, non-refundable.
  3. Settle ALL outstanding financial obligations, at least three weeks before the graduation date. Failure to do so will result in the candidate not being permitted to participate in the ceremony.
  4. Return rented textbook(s) to the Bookstore in order to get graduation clearance.
  5. Return all borrowed book(s) to the Library in order to get graduation clearance.
  6. Fill out the Confirmation of Attendance Form.
